Terms and Conditions applying to the placement of orders by parents with the CSPplus

Payment must accompany your order and can be made by cheque, money order, credit card (no cash thanks).
Credit Card payments will be processed in the name of EdAlive.
Cheques and Credit Card payments will need to be cleared before goods ship.

We offer a 30 day Money-Back Guarantee on sales of packaged software and non-electronic goods offered in this leaflet. This excludes Adobe and Microsoft software.

All Lenovo, Lexmark and Belkin products are covered by warranties offered by the respective companies.
You can choose between an exchange, refund or a credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be fixed under warranty, are wrongly described in this leaflet or do not do what they are supposed to.
We do not accept returns of computer hardware for change of mind or damage caused by the user.

Before returning any goods you must first obtain an RA (Returns Authority) Number by calling 02 6776 0200.
Goods returned without an RA Number clearly affixed to the outside of the parcel will be returned to sender.
You must use the Australia Post Registered Signature service to send your returns.
Returns must be addressed to CSPplus, PO Box 658, Armidale. NSW. 2350
Postal and courier costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the sender.

For orders placed directly with the CSPplus: Once your payment is cleared we will endeavour to ship your goods within 10 working days of the receipt of your order.
For orders placed through your child’s school: Allow 21 days from the Return to School date on the order form. We cannot be responsible for late shipments caused by delays in schools placing orders with us.
All deliveries will be made to daytime addresses (no PO Boxes accepted). Please supply the name of the person receiving the goods and the daytime address for delivery.
All deliveries will be during working hours and will require a signature for proof of delivery.

Purchase any three items and they will be shipped freight free regardless of the order value.
Purchase any one or two items and Freight end Handling is charged at $10 for orders less than $49.95, $20 for orders less than $499.95 and $30 for orders $500 or more.

If a product you order is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and dispatched to you as soon as it comes to hand. You will not be charged any additional fees for the delivery of backordered items.
In the event that an ordered item is superseded or becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or better specification.

Erinzan Pty Ltd trading as CSPplus does not offer and will not be held accountable for tax advice in regard to the Education Tax Refund or your eligibility for it.
